Why is this coaching so important? Won’t I get all the information I need from my provider (midwife or doctor)? Yes, you can expect to receive lots of education from your provider, but there are situations where some questions/concerns may not be fully addressed due to time constraints.

Won’t I get this information from my doula? Doulas provide education and support but they are not health care providers. We are veteran nurses with a combined 58 years of experience providing direct labor care.

Are meetings virtual or in person? It is typically most convenient to schedule a virtual meeting. There may be an opportunity to meet in person for local clients.
